YMCA Partners with Hospital for Wellness Program

CLARION, PA—The Clarion County YMCA is expanding its services by collaborating with a local hospital. Clarion Hospital’s fitness program, Wellness Works, will merge with the Y’s wellness services effective on March 1. The hospital’s fitness trainer will move to the Y, which will soon offer customized exercise plans for each member and work with patients who have completed rehabilitation programs. The Wellness Works members will be transferred to the new wellness program, which will be called Healthy Friends.
