New Prairie Life Fitness Center to Open in Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN -- Prairie Life Fitness will open a 60,000-square-foot center Monday in the Nashville section of Cool Springs.

The center will feature indoor and outdoor pools, a cycling room, and an in-house café along with basketball courts, an indoor track, steam and sauna rooms, and spa services.

According to research by the Nashville Business Journal, the center will tie with two other Nashville-area fitness facilities by square footage for sixth-largest in the area. The Brentwood Family YMCA and the Downtown District YMCA are both 60,000 square feet.
