NIRSA Teams with ACSM

INDIANAPOLIS – The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) recently announced a partnership that will make ACSM certification programs more accessible to NIRSA member institutions.

NIRSA and ACSM will work together to provide continuing education programs, health and fitness certifications and professional development to NIRSA members. During the two-year agreement, key leaders in collegiate recreation and fitness programs will have greater access to National Commission for Certifying Agencies-accredited health and fitness certifications as well as discounts on ACSM workshops and exams.
