Personal Training Marketing Director - NY

Do you have a passion for fitness? The Town Sports International (TSI) network of health and fitness clubs is the largest in the Northeastern United States. Since 1974, the TSI network has grown to include more than 125 high quality health and fitness facilities in four major metropolitan areas: New York, Washington, D.C., Boston and Philadelphia. The TSI network includes clubs operating under four brand names: New York Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. There are also three locations in Switzerland: the Forum and the Joggeli Fitness Clubs in Basel and the Luxor Club in Zurich.

TSI is looking for a Personal Training Marketing Director to implement personal training sales and revenue marketing strategies and promotions for internal and external customers. Evaluate and analyze personal training sales and business operations, process improvement opportunities and alternative actions to improve profitability. Ongoing assessment of value positioning and competitive market analysis are critical to this role. Knowledge of Group Exercise programming, Massage and/or Kids programming a plus.

If you have strong communication &organizational skills, the ability to multi-task with tight deadlines &proficiency in Excel, Word &Outlook, this position is for you!
