Bally Announces New Partnership

CHICAGO – Bally Total Fitness recently announced a partnership with the Web site drugstore.com, an online provider of health, beauty, vision and pharmacy products.

The Bally branded products now offered in the Diet and Fitness section of the Web site include nutritional, energy and performance supplements as well as hand exercise equipment.

To launch the new partnership, Bally will provide a 25 percent discount on all Bally products purchased on the Web site through May 11, and drugstore.com will provide free shipping on any new, non-prescription orders.

In other Bally news, the company promoted Robbie Raugh to national director for group exercise. Raugh will develop and manage all aspects of Bally’s fitness services group exercise program. That includes training Bally’s group exercise directors and developing new fitness classes. Prior to her promotion, Raugh had been the regional group exercise director for Bally’s Northeast and Midwest teams since 1987.
