Retention Management Helps Decrease Member Attrition

Pinehurst, Nc — The FirstHealth Center for Health & Fitness in Pinehurst, NC, decreased member attrition by 5 percent over the last year while using Retention Management's services. Year to year, FirstHealth decreased attrition from 34 percent to 29 percent. FirstHealth plans to roll out the company's service to their five other centers soon. Retention Management currently provides the center with a series of automated member communication services, including personalized supportive e-mails that are based on each member's attendance patterns, on-going e-mail marketing messages and a new member orientation/education program.
