Punk Rock Yoga Hits New York
NEW YORK -- Three years after its inception, Punk Rock Yoga® is offering classes in New York beginning Sept. 25 at The Red Room. Punk Rock Yoga is Hatha yoga practiced in unconventional spaces such as nightclubs, self-defense training centers or biology research centers. The class features live musicians and DJs playing everything from Japanese flute to didgeridoo to experimental guitar.
