Be a Top 100 Club

In July, we'll again feature the Top 100 clubs in our industry. Should your club be on that list? It may if your company had 2007 revenue of more than $4 million (the 2006 revenue of the lowest-ranking club company on last year's list).

We've started sending out the Top 100 forms to club companies that have appeared on the list in the past. If you haven't received yours yet, then e-mail me at pam.kufahl@penton.com, and I'll send you a form. The deadline to submit your Top 100 form is May 1, so don't delay.

Be Best of the Best

Also coming sooner than you think is the deadline for our Best of the Best contest. We'll be posting the form online this month with a July 1 deadline. Participation in the competition has grown each year, and we expect this year's competition to be even bigger and better. Look for details about the competition in the May issue and online now at www.fitnessbusinesspro.com.

“Be” at CI East

Not everyone will be able to travel to Club Industry East this month in New York, but if you have to miss this regional show, it doesn't mean you have to miss the show's highlights. The editors will again blog about the keynote speeches, the special events, some of the seminars and some of their visits with manufacturers. So check out the blog, www.blog.fitnessbusinesspro.com/fitnessbusinessproblog, April 16-19 to see what's happening in New York.
