We are a small health club in northeastern Pennsylvania with a fast-growing personal training business. We are looking for a personal training director who will:

· market and sell personal training both inside and outside the club

· grow the program beyond the existing offerings (which currently include traditional training, in-home, group, yoga and pilates)

· train several of his or her own clients

· recruit, train and manage personal training staff

· be responsible for the profitability of the program

Candidates must have outstanding interpersonal, business, communication and training skills. Minimum of 5 years experience as a personal trainer is required, as well as current industry personal training certification and/or an appropriate college degree.
